MOTORCYCLE CAR LIGHTER SOCKET CABLE HARNESS FOR HANDLEBAR CLAMP MOUNT

tn_clsh-03_varadero_1.jpgThe model CLSH-03 is the flagship of our lighter socket harness product line. Featuring a stylish bracket, this socket is mounted over one of the handlebar clamps.
 
This power socket is compatible with widely available car chargers. By plugging in this socket the appropriate car charger you can power/charge various devices such as:
-GPS
-Mobile phones
-MP3 players
-PDA's / Smart Phones
-Digital cameras
-Laptop / Netbook 12V chargers
-Battery chargers (to charge bike's battery in the garage)
-Tyre inflating compressors

The CLSH-03 is a complete harness ready to be installed, including the wiring, fuse holder and battery terminals. It is designed to be mounted ion the handlebar clamp in motorcycles where design allows this type of installation. The picture above shows an example of an installation in a Honda Varadero.

The handlebar clamp mount set contains:

-1 bracket, special anti-corrosion treatment, powder coated in black.

-2 sets of black coated steel screws to match various bike models.

-2 black coated steel washers.

-2 steel spacers.

-2 plastic screw head covers.

Both in the design and manufacturing of Poweroo CLSH products, we use high quality materials to assure a long life use of your socket kit. Waterproof rubber socket cover, sealed shell, automotive 2 square millimeter (AWG14) wire rated for 105ºC, high temperature rated tubing and terminal sleeves, and waterproof fuse holder. It is recommended that installation of this product is done by an experienced electrical equipment installer or by your local bike/servicing dealer. The user should not attempt to undertake this work without prior experience or a level of competence. This product is supplied with an installation guide 
 
Note: Lighter sockets  are excellent solutions as power outlets in motorcycles  because they are compatible with  universal and commonly available chargers for cars. However, due to its standard design, they are relatively sensitive to vibration. In case  you ride for relatively long trips  and need a permanent  power to your GPS or smart phone, we recommend considering alternatively a permanent installation charger such as Poweroo Q~Power products.
